Sada bubnových mikrofónov Omnitronic MIC 77-7LMH MK2 — 7-dielna sada pre viacnásobné mikrofónovanie bicích

Omnitronic MIC 77-7LMH MK2 is a 7-piece drum microphone set designed for multi-microphone drum recording and live reinforcement. The kit contains seven microphones optimised for close miking of individual drums and for capturing overheads, offering a complete microphone solution for standard drum kits in studio and stage situations. The set is intended to provide reliable positioning and consistent sound capture across toms, snare, kick and cymbals, while reducing the need to select separate microphone models for each drum.

Advantages

The set provides a coherent collection of microphones matched for level and tonal balance to simplify multi-mic drum setups. Included microphones are suitable for close placement on individual drums and overhead positions, enabling a consistent capture of transient response and resonance characteristics. The package reduces setup time and streamlines microphone selection for engineers and drummers working in both rehearsal, live and studio environments.

How to use

Place the individual microphones on each drum according to common close-miking techniques: one on the snare near the rim for transient and body, one or two on toms centred above the drum head, and overheads positioned to capture cymbals and kit ambience. For the kick drum, use the microphone designated by the set or employ a specialist kick microphone alongside the kit if preferred. Use appropriate shock mounts, clips or fixed mounts provided to secure microphones and minimise mechanical noise. Adjust microphone angles and distance incrementally while monitoring in headphones or on monitors to find the desired balance between attack, body and bleed from other instruments.

Recommendations

Use balanced XLR cables and quality preamps to maintain signal integrity. When deploying the set on stage, check stage placement to reduce bleed from loud instruments and use gating or careful EQ in the mixing stage if required. For studio recording, experiment with small adjustments in microphone distance and angle to tune the captured sound; close placement emphasises attack, while slightly increased distance adds more room and resonance.
