How to use

Select the appropriate UNC 4/40 screw and align the Sub-D plug housings to be joined. Thread the nut onto the screw and tighten by hand or with a suitable driver until the connection is secure without over-torquing. For repeated assembly and disassembly, inspect threads for damage and replace any worn nuts to maintain reliable connections.

Recommendations

Use nuts from this set with matching UNC 4/40 screws and avoid excessive torque to prevent thread damage; store in a dry place to reduce corrosion risk.
