Sada náradia Gedore R68900300

The Gedore R68900300 torque wrench offers controlled screw tightening from 5 to 550 N·m with high repeatability and precision. The torque triggers audibly and tangibly at the set value. The wrench supports clockwise and anti-clockwise tightening by switching the mushroom head or push-through square and is delivered with a test certificate according to DIN EN ISO 6789 and operating instructions.

Advantages

The adjustable torque setting is made by turning the handle and secured by a lock at the end of the handle, ensuring stable settings during use. The square drive includes a ratchet mechanism for versatile operation. An easy-to-read scale with magnifying glass shows N·m values and an additional 1/10 scale enables precise adjustments. Working accuracy is ±3% of the set torque.

Suitable for

• Controlled tightening of bolts and nuts in automotive repairs
• Assembly and maintenance in industrial applications
• Precision mechanical work where repeatable torque is required
• Applications requiring both clockwise and anti-clockwise torque settings

Key specifications

• Torque range: 5–550 N·m
• Drive type: square drive with ratchet mechanism
• Accuracy: ±3% of set torque
• Scale: N·m with magnifying glass and 1/10 precision scale
• Delivery: test certificate (DIN EN ISO 6789) and operating instructions

How to use

Set the desired torque by turning the handle to the required N·m value using the magnified scale and fine 1/10 graduations. Lock the setting by engaging the lock at the end of the handle. Attach the appropriate socket to the square drive, select direction by switching the mushroom head or push-through square, and apply force until the torque trigger is heard and felt. Release force immediately once the torque triggers to avoid over-tightening.

Recommendations

Before first use, check the test certificate and read the operating instructions. For continued accuracy, have the torque wrench calibrated periodically according to workplace requirements and store it unlocked at the lowest scale setting to protect the spring mechanism.
