The c.k tools Cable pulling rod accessories set T5440 is a seven-piece kit designed to extend the functionality of compatible cable pulling rods. The set includes a flexible guide head and several adapter pieces that attach to an existing rod system to help guide wire and cable through conduits and confined spaces. Components are intended to improve directional control, connection strength and extractability when routing cables during installation or maintenance.

Advantages

The accessories set increases the range of fittings and orientations available for a cable pulling rod, enabling smoother navigation around bends and through tight sections. The flexible guide head reduces the risk of snagging while adapters provide secure mechanical joins between rod segments and termination fittings. How to use

Attach the appropriate adapter to the end of your existing cable pulling rod, then fit the flexible guide head or required termination according to the direction you need to route the cable. Push the rod assembly through the conduit while guiding the flexible head to negotiate bends; use the adapters to join additional rod segments or to attach pulling eyes and hooks. Ensure each connection is fully engaged before applying pull force and withdraw the assembly using steady, controlled motion to avoid sudden loads.

Recommendations

Confirm compatibility with your existing rod system before use. Inspect adapters and the flexible guide head for visible damage prior to each job. Avoid exceeding recommended pulling tensions for your cable type and use appropriate personal protective equipment when working in live or confined environments.
