Sada škrabiek Victorinox Swiss Classic s i-Peeler, 3-dielna, čierna

The Victorinox Swiss Classic Paring Knife Set with i-Peeler, 3-piece, Black comprises two compact paring knives and a multifunctional i-Peeler in a consistent black design. The set is intended for precision tasks such as peeling, trimming, slicing small fruits and vegetables, and detailed decorative work. Blades are slim for control and visibility, while the ergonomic handles provide a secure grip for repeated use during everyday home cooking.

Advantages

The set combines two paring knives of slightly different blade lengths together with a dedicated i-Peeler to cover a range of small kitchen jobs without needing multiple tools. Slim blades improve accuracy for trimming and paring close to the skin of fruit or vegetable surfaces. Ergonomic, non-slip handles offer stability and comfort during extended use, and the consistent black finish creates a coordinated look in the cutlery drawer or on a magnetic strip.

Suitable for

• Peeling and trimming fruits and vegetables
• Detail cutting and decorative work (garnishes, segmenting citrus)
• Removing blemishes and eyes from potatoes and similar produce
• Small slicing tasks where control and precision are required

Key specifications

• Set composition: two paring knives and one i-Peeler
• Blade type: slim paring blades for precision work
• Handle: ergonomic, non-slip black handles for comfort and control
• Finish: consistent black appearance for all pieces
• Intended use: fruit and vegetable preparation, trimming, small decorative cuts

How to use

Hold the paring knife by the handle with a comfortable grip and use short, controlled strokes for peeling, trimming, and detailed cuts. Use the smaller paring knife for very fine work or when greater control is needed, and the slightly longer paring knife for tasks requiring a longer cutting edge. Use the i-Peeler by holding the handle and drawing the blade across the surface of fruit or vegetables away from your body to remove skins efficiently. For safety, keep fingers clear of the cutting path and work on a stable surface.

Recommendations

Maintain sharpness by honing the paring blades regularly and, if necessary, sharpening with a suitable sharpener designed for fine blades. Clean the knives and peeler by hand with warm soapy water and dry immediately to preserve handle finish and blade condition. Store the set in a drawer insert, knife block or on a magnetic strip to protect edges and reduce the risk of accidental contact.
