Sada skrutiek a hmoždiniek Fischer 567814 45 kusov 8 mm priemer 40 mm dĺžka

The Fischer SX Plus Green expansion plug set (kit Fischer 567814) contains 45 pieces of 8 mm diameter, 40 mm length plugs with matching screws, designed for secure fastening in solid and perforated building materials such as concrete, sand-lime brick and masonry. The SX Plus Green is manufactured with at least 50% renewable raw materials and is supplied in a compact box for storage and transport.

Advantages

The SX Plus Green is produced with at least 50% renewable raw materials, reducing use of non-renewable plastics. Its 4-way expansion ensures efficient force transmission into the base material and high load values in both solid and perforated substrates. Special fixing blades secure the screw during positioning so the installer’s hands remain free, which simplifies overhead or one-handed installation. An expansion-free plug neck prevents surface stresses while inserting the screw, limiting the risk of damage to tiles or plaster. The plug’s shape allows easy placement into the drill hole with a few light hammer blows, and the pronounced plug edge prevents the anchor from slipping deeper into the hole.

Suitable for

• Fastening fixtures to concrete and solid masonry
• Anchoring in perforated bricks and sand-lime blocks
• Indoor fittings where reduced surface stress is required (tiles, plaster)
• Overhead and one-handed installation tasks

How to use

Drill a hole of the correct diameter and depth for an 8 mm plug. Clean the hole from dust, then tap the SX Plus Green plug into the drill hole with light hammer blows until the pronounced edge sits flush. Insert the screw; the fixing blades will pre-fix the screw and prevent it from falling out. Tighten the screw; the plug will expand in four directions to anchor securely. For push-through installation, insert the screw together with the plug and tighten until the required engagement is reached.

Recommendations

Use the Fischer SX Plus Green in substrate types listed by the manufacturer; always follow drilling diameter and embedment depth guidelines. Do not overtighten screws—high tightening torque is possible due to the plug design. For safety-critical or load-bearing applications consult the Fischer technical data sheets or a structural engineer.
