Safetex odolný kovový strmeň Blackline WLL 3 250 kg | zahnutý tvar s čapom 5/8

Forged for the harshest lifting and rigging environments, the Safetex Blackline Bow Shackle combines a 3,250 kg working load limit with an abrasion-resistant black coating that shrugs off wear, corrosion, and rough handling. Unlike standard galvanized shackles that fade and pit after repeated use, this shackle's enhanced surface treatment extends service life in industrial, marine, construction, and off-road applications. The curved bow shape provides multi-directional load distribution, while the 5/8-inch bolt-type pin ensures a secure, vibration-resistant closure.

Highlights

• Working Load Limit (WLL): 3,250 kg
• Bow (anchor) shackle design for versatile rigging angles
• 5/8" (15.875 mm) bolt-type pin for reliable locking
• High-strength alloy steel body with black abrasion-resistant finish
• Enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding environments

In daily use

Riggers and operators will appreciate the shackle's robust construction when connecting slings, hooks, or towing gear. The bolt pin threads smoothly and seats firmly, minimizing the risk of accidental loosening under dynamic loads. The black coating not only looks professional but also provides a durable barrier against moisture, salt spray, and mechanical abrasion—critical for maintaining safety and traceability over the shackle's lifespan. Whether used in a workshop, on a construction site, or aboard a vessel, this shackle delivers consistent performance without frequent replacement.
