Safetex pozinkované kovanie WLL 2.000kg | zahnutý tvar s 1/2 čapom maticou a

On construction sites, in harbors, and throughout industrial rigging operations, lifting and securing heavy loads demands hardware that can be trusted without hesitation. The Safetex hot-dip galvanized bow shackle with a 2000 kg working load limit delivers exactly that reliability. Its curved bow shape allows multi-directional loading, making it ideal for applications where the angle of pull may vary. The shackle features a 1/2-inch bolt with nut, providing a secure and removable connection point that simplifies attachment and detachment. Hot-dip galvanization coats the steel in a thick, corrosion-resistant layer, ensuring long-term performance even in marine, outdoor, and harsh weather environments. This shackle is a robust choice for professionals who require strength, durability, and safety in every lift.

Key specifications

• Type: Bow shackle (anchor shackle) with curved form
• Material: High-strength steel
• Finish: Hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance
• Working Load Limit (WLL): 2000 kg
• Pin type: Bolt with nut
• Pin size: 1/2 inch
• Color: Silver/grey metallic

Why choose it

The hot-dip galvanized finish sets this shackle apart from standard painted or electro-galvanized alternatives. It forms a metallurgical bond with the steel, providing a thicker, more durable coating that resists chipping, scratching, and rust. The bow shape offers a larger opening and greater angular flexibility compared to D-shackles, reducing stress on the pin and improving safety when loads are not perfectly aligned. The bolt-and-nut pin design ensures a positive lock that won't accidentally disengage under vibration or movement, giving you peace of mind during critical lifts.

Ideal use cases

• Lifting and rigging in construction and industrial settings
• Marine and offshore applications where saltwater corrosion is a concern
• Towing and recovery operations
• Securing loads on trucks, trailers, and flatbeds
• Outdoor installations and agricultural equipment

Good to know

Regular inspection before each use is recommended to check for deformation, wear, or corrosion. The shackle should never be loaded beyond its WLL, and side loading should be avoided when possible. The removable pin allows for easy replacement if needed, extending the service life of the shackle. Store in a dry place when not in use to maximize the lifespan of the galvanized coating.
