Safetex protišmyková podložka pre paletové boxy a oceľové pláty, hrúbka 8,00 mm

Loads shifting during transport can cause damage, accidents, and costly delays. The Safetex Anti-Slip Pad provides a reliable solution by increasing friction between cargo and contact surfaces, keeping mesh boxes, steel plates, pallets, and containers securely in place. Made from recycled rubber granulate with a polyurethane binder, this 8 mm thick pad delivers high abrasion resistance and tear strength, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding logistics environments.

Who is it for

This anti-slip pad is ideal for logistics companies, freight forwarders, warehouse operators, and anyone transporting heavy or sensitive goods. It is especially useful for securing loads on flatbed trailers, in shipping containers, or on warehouse racking where vibration and movement are common.

Main features

• High friction coefficient (µ > 0.6) effectively prevents sliding and shifting of cargo
• 8 mm thickness provides excellent vibration damping and load distribution
• Made from recycled SBR rubber granulate with polyurethane binder for durability and environmental friendliness
• Granulated surface texture enhances grip on both smooth and rough surfaces
• Resistant to weak acids, alkalis, and oils, making it suitable for industrial use
• Temperature range from -30°C to +80°C allows use in extreme conditions
• Can be easily cut to size for custom applications
• Reusable and long-lasting, reducing the need for frequent replacements

Tips

For best results, ensure both the pad and contact surfaces are clean and dry before use. Place the pad between the load and the supporting surface, and if needed, cut it to match the footprint of your cargo. Regularly inspect the pad for wear and replace if the surface becomes smooth or damaged. Combine with lashing straps for maximum load security.
