Safetex uťahovací popruh Blackline s račňou a hrotovým hákom WLL 750kg | 2-dielny | 25,0mm (25S-B-2-DR-SPH-04.00)

On a flatbed trailer heading through the Alps, a logistics operator secures palletised machinery with the SAFETEX Blackline lashing strap. The push ratchet clicks firmly, the J-hooks bite into the lashing rings, and the 750 kg working load limit holds the cargo steady through every curve. This 2-part system is built for daily load securing in transport and warehousing, where reliability and speed matter.

Key specifications

• Strap width: 25 mm, total length: 4 m (short part 0.3 m, long part 3.7 m)

• Breaking strength: 1500 kg
• Material: High-tenacity polyester (PES) strap, black; galvanized steel ratchet and hooks
• Compliance: EN 12195-2, elongation < 7%

Why choose it

The Blackline series combines a compact push ratchet for fast tensioning with durable galvanized steel end fittings. The polyester webbing resists abrasion and weathering, while the low elongation keeps loads stable. The 2-part design allows easy threading around awkward shapes, and the J-hooks provide a secure connection to standard lashing points.

Ideal use cases

• Securing cargo on trucks, trailers, and flatbeds
• Anchoring equipment in containers and rail transport
• Industrial load securing in warehouses and construction sites
• Professional use by freight forwarders, movers, and rental fleets

Good to know

Always inspect the strap before each use for cuts, abrasion, or damaged fittings. Do not exceed the WLL, and ensure the ratchet is fully closed after tensioning. Store in a dry place away from chemicals. The strap meets EN 12195-2, ensuring compliance with European load securing regulations.
