Why choose it

Merino wool naturally resists odour, wicks moisture, and adapts to temperature shifts, so you stay fresh from dawn patrol to summit push. The polyamide and polypropylene blend adds durability and quick-drying performance, while elastane gives stretch for unrestricted movement on technical terrain. Seamless torso construction reduces chafing under pack straps, and targeted ventilation zones dump excess heat when you're working hard.

Ideal use cases

• Alpine climbing and mountaineering
• High-intensity hiking and trekking
• Backcountry skiing and ski touring
• Cool-weather cycling and trail running
• Year-round base layer for variable conditions

Good to know

This long sleeve is part of Salewa's Tour Light series, engineered for fast-and-light missions where every gram counts. The merino blend is naturally odour-resistant, so you can wear it multiple days without washing. For best performance, layer with a Salewa softshell or hardshell in wet or windy conditions. Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry to preserve the wool fibres.
