How to use

Design your addresses or other text using compatible label templates in your word processor or label software that match the 14-up layout for A4. Load the label sheets into your printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, typically placing the printable side face-up or face-down depending on the model. Print a test sheet on plain paper first to check alignment. Peel off individual labels from the sheet and apply to clean, dry surfaces. For handwritten entries, use a ballpoint or permanent marker and allow ink to dry before stacking.

Recommendations

Store unopened sheets flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to preserve adhesive performance. Avoid applying labels to very rough, dusty or damp surfaces; for long-term outdoor use, consider a specialist weatherproof label. When printing high volumes, confirm printer feed settings and run a single test sheet to prevent misalignment or jams.
