How to use

Place A4 sheets into the folder so that they lie flat within the interior. Use the multicolour feature to assign folders to different subjects, projects or clients for quick visual identification. Close the folder and store upright on a shelf or inside a briefcase to minimise bending. For documents needing longer-term storage, combine with archival sleeves or binders as appropriate.

Recommendations

Store folders away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Wipe clean with a damp cloth for routine maintenance and avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the surface.
