Satelitná anténa Schwaiger SPI996

The SCHWAIGER Satellite Antenna SPI996 is an offset parabolic dish designed for reception of free and encrypted TV and radio channels via satellite. It operates in the 10.7–12.75 GHz frequency range, provides a high gain of 38.5 dBi and is constructed from aluminum, plastic and steel for durable outdoor use. The antenna has a reflector diameter of 75 cm and compact dimensions (approx. 745 mm width × 845 mm height) in an anthracite finish.

Advantages

The antenna offers high sensitivity thanks to its 38.5 dBi gain, enabling reliable reception of weak satellite signals. Its offset design reduces interference from the mount and feed, while the mix of aluminum, plastic and steel materials ensures structural stability and weather resistance. Compact dimensions and anthracite color make it suitable for residential installations where space and appearance matter.

Suitable for

• Receiving free-to-air and encrypted TV channels via satellite
• Home and apartment rooftop or balcony installations
• Small commercial satellite reception points

How to use

Mount the antenna on a suitable mast or bracket with a clear view of the southern sky (or the direction of the target satellite). Assemble the reflector and feed arm following the manufacturer’s instructions, secure all fasteners, and connect the LNB and coaxial cable to the satellite receiver. Perform fine alignment while monitoring signal strength on the receiver or a signal meter until the best possible reception is achieved. Ensure weatherproofing of cable connections.

Recommendations

For stable long-term reception, place the antenna clear of large obstacles (buildings, tall trees) and fasten the mounting hardware to a rigid support. Use quality low-loss coaxial cable and properly sealed connectors to reduce signal degradation in wet conditions.
