Schodové vozíky NEO tools 84-402, skladacie ručné vozíky, nosnosť 150 kg

NEO tools 84-402 stair climbing trolley is a foldable hand truck engineered for moving loads up to 150 kg. The trolley combines a compact, collapsible steel frame with a stepped wheel arrangement that eases handling on stairways and curbs. Its reinforced platform accepts boxes, small appliances and maintenance equipment, providing a stable support surface while remaining compact when folded for storage or transport.

Advantages

The foldable design reduces storage footprint and simplifies transportation in vans or cars. A stair-climbing wheel configuration distributes weight and allows smoother transitions on steps, decreasing the effort required to move bulky items. The robust construction and stable platform increase durability and ensure steady load support during routine delivery, facility maintenance or relocation tasks.

Suitable for

• Courier and parcel deliveries in buildings with stairs
• Moving household appliances and furniture on short staircases
• Facility and building maintenance teams transporting tools and parts
• Small business stock handling where vehicle access requires frequent loading/unloading

Key specifications

• Maximum load capacity: 150 kg
• Foldable frame for compact storage
• Stair-climbing wheel arrangement for stair and step negotiation
• Reinforced platform suitable for boxes and small equipment
• Frame material: heavy-duty steel construction

How to use

Unfold the trolley by releasing the frame latch and extending the handle until it locks in the open position. Place the items centrally on the platform to maintain balance, then tilt the trolley slightly and engage the stair-climbing wheels when approaching steps. Move at a steady pace, using the handle for guidance and support. To fold for storage, lower the platform and collapse the handle until the frame latches securely in the folded position.

Recommendations

Ensure loads are evenly distributed and do not exceed the 150 kg capacity. When using on stairs, maintain a firm grip, assess step height and surface conditions, and consider a two-person lift for oversized or awkward items. Regularly inspect wheels, wheel mounts and the frame for wear or damage and tighten fasteners as needed to preserve safe operation.
