Senzorická ortopedická podložka sada ASKATO 11-in-1 Medium — 11 dielikov puzzle (Mfk-021-01)

The ASKATO Sensory Orthopedic Mat Set 11-in-1 Medium is a modular puzzle mat composed of 11 interlocking pieces that create a textured surface for sensory stimulation and motor development. Designed for medium-sized areas, the mat combines raised shapes and varied textures to encourage tactile exploration, foot reflex activation and balance training. It is suitable for therapeutic environments, sensory rooms, early childhood development activities and home use where safe, non-slip tactile surfaces are needed.

Advantages

The set offers a compact, configurable solution with multiple texture options in a single 11-piece layout, allowing targeted stimulation of the soles and proprioceptive feedback. Pieces interlock securely to form a stable surface and can be reconfigured to vary challenge and sensory input. The medium format balances coverage and portability, making it practical for clinics, classrooms and living spaces. Materials are designed for regular use and easy cleaning to support hygienic practice.

Suitable for

• Occupational therapy and physiotherapy exercises focused on balance and foot reflexes
• Early childhood sensory development and motor skill activities
• Sensory rooms and special education environments
• Home exercises for proprioception, coordination and tactile exploration

Key specifications

• Configuration: 11 interlocking puzzle pieces forming a continuous textured mat
• Surface: multiple raised patterns and textures for varied tactile input
• Size category: medium — designed for medium coverage and portability
• Connection: secure interlock system for stable assembly on flat floors
• Maintenance: surface suitable for routine cleaning and drying

How to use

Assemble the 11 pieces by aligning the interlocking edges on a flat, dry floor to create the desired shape and texture arrangement. Use barefoot or thin-soled footwear during sessions to maximise tactile feedback. Begin with short sessions to assess comfort and sensory tolerance, then gradually increase duration and complexity of exercises. Supervise children during use and ensure the mat is placed on a level, non-slip surface to reduce risk of falls.

Recommendations

Use the mat in combination with balance exercises, walking drills, and guided foot stimulation routines to support motor development and proprioception. Rotate piece arrangement periodically to introduce new sensory patterns. Clean the mat with mild detergent and water, allow to dry completely before storage or reuse.
