Senzorový/aktuátorový kábel METZ CONNECT 142MDA10100 M12 štandard konektor samec, 10 m, čierny

The METZ CONNECT 142MDA10100 is a flexible sensor/actuator cable with an M12 male connector and a 10 m length, designed for industrial applications. The cable is silicone- and halogen-free, offers high mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis and microbes, and is suitable for drag-chain use with a minimum bending radius of 10 x d. It meets UL and CSA (UL10493/20549; cULus) requirements and is intended for reliable connectivity in robotics, machine tools and metal-cutting production.

Advantages

This METZ CONNECT cable is flame-retardant, seawater resistant, recyclable, LABS-free, RoHS-compliant, and resistant to acids, alkalis, ozone, UV, hydrolysis and welding sparks. It is oil-resistant, drag-chain and torsion resistant, silicone-free and halogen-free, providing robust performance in demanding industrial environments while maintaining weld-field immunity.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting sensors and actuators in robotic systems
• Flexible power and signal routing in drag-chain installations
• Use on machine tools and metal-cutting production lines
• Applications exposed to chemicals, oil, UV or seawater

Key specifications

• Product: Sensor/Actuator Cable METZ CONNECT 142MDA10100
• Connector: M12 male
• Length: 10 m
• Colour: Black
• Construction: Silicone-free, halogen-free, high mechanical strength
• Certifications: UL and CSA (UL10493/20549; cULus)
• Bending radius for drag-chain: minimum 10 x cable diameter

How to use

Install the METZ CONNECT 142MDA10100 by mating the M12 male connector to the corresponding female port on sensors, actuators or control modules. Route the cable respecting the minimum bending radius (10 x d) when used in drag-chain systems and avoid sharp edges. Secure cables with appropriate clamps or guides to prevent excessive torsion or abrasion. Verify connector seating and continuity after installation and before powering the system.

Recommendations

When used in environments with welding activity, keep the cable path clear of direct sparks where possible and maintain recommended bend radii. For long-term performance, avoid compressive damage and inspect periodically for mechanical wear or chemical exposure. Follow manufacturer guidelines for connector mating cycles and storage conditions.
