Šesťhranná matica Cimco 192002

The Cimco 192002 hexagon nut is manufactured from galvanized steel and features a metallic finish that improves corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. Sized for M5 bolts, this single-piece pack is intended for repair jobs, small assemblies and maintenance tasks where a standard hex nut is required. The nut's geometry and thread fit are designed to provide stable clamping force when paired with compatible bolts.

Advantages

Galvanized steel construction offers enhanced protection against rust and surface wear while preserving mechanical strength. The standard M5 dimension ensures compatibility with commonly used metric bolts and threaded rods. A metallic finish facilitates handling and visual verification during installation. Supplied as a single unit, the nut is convenient for individual replacements and one-off projects.

How to use

Select an appropriate M5 bolt or threaded rod that matches the nut's thread pitch. Hand-start the nut onto the bolt to ensure threads engage correctly, then tighten using a suitable spanner or socket until the required clamping force is achieved. For assemblies subject to vibration, consider using a locking washer or thread-locking compound as appropriate. Avoid excessive torque that could strip threads or deform thin materials.

Recommendations

Store in a dry environment to maintain the galvanized coating. For outdoor or highly corrosive environments, confirm the zinc coating specification meets the application's durability requirements; additional corrosion protection may be required for long-term exposure.
