Sharkoon CAT.6 RJ45 5 m Cat6 sivý sieťový kábel

The Sharkoon CAT.6 RJ45 5m network cable is a grey patch cable designed to connect a computer to a 10/100/1000 Ethernet network through a switch or hub. With RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a 5 m length, this Cat6 cable supports higher standards for reliable high-speed data transmission and is suitable for modern home and office networks.

Advantages

The Cat6 specification provides improved performance compared with lower categories and supports higher data rates. The cable’s RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard Ethernet ports, and the 5 m length offers flexibility in device placement while maintaining signal integrity.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop or laptop computers to a router, switch, or hub
• Home and small office wired networks
• Gaming and HD streaming requiring stable wired connections
• Network devices with RJ-45 ports (NAS, printers, IP cameras)

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Grey
• Suitable network speeds: up to 10/100/1000 Mbps (Cat6 supports higher bandwidths)
• Brand: Sharkoon

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your computer and the other into a router, switch or hub. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. For optimal performance, avoid tight bends, excessive tension, and running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances.

Recommendations

For stable high-speed connections, use this Cat6 cable for direct wired links in environments where low latency and consistent throughput are required. Replace if the outer sheath or connectors become damaged.
