shiverpeaks BASIC-S Cat7 sieťový kábel 1 m žltý

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S Cat7 networking cable in 1m length is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. Featuring S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, the cable provides improved signal integrity and reliable physical connections. The yellow jacket offers easy visual identification in crowded cable runs while maintaining Cat7 performance for modern wired networking needs.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, which helps maintain consistent data rates over short distances. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation for long-term stable connections. The compact 1 meter length minimizes excess cabling and keeps installations tidy. The bright yellow sheath simplifies cable management and rapid identification in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers or workstations to switches or routers within a rack or desk area
• Patch panel to network equipment links in small office or home server setups
• Short runs requiring high shielding to reduce interference from nearby electrical equipment
• Environments where cable color coding improves organization and troubleshooting

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7, supporting high-speed Ethernet applications
• Length: 1 meter
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil shield with individually shielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 plugs with gold plating for improved conductivity
• Cable jacket color: Yellow
• Conductor type: Twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the switch, router, or patch panel port. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks near the connector ends and keep the cable runs short and free from tight bundling with power cables to reduce potential interference despite the shielding.

Recommendations

Use this 1m Cat7 cable for short, high-quality links where shielding and reliable connectors are required. For longer runs, consider selecting appropriately rated cable lengths and maintain separation from heavy electrical sources. Regularly inspect connectors for debris and ensure ports are free from dust to preserve contact quality.
