Káblový adaptér RJ-45 S-Conn BS08-01040 čierny

The S-Conn BS08-01040 Cable Gender Changer RJ-45 in black is a compact adapter that provides two RJ-45 female ports to join or adapt Ethernet cables. Designed for simple inline connection, this ShiverPeaks-branded accessory enables extension or gender conversion of network leads without altering cable ends. Its small form factor supports portability for use in home, office or temporary installations where a quick, passive connection is required.

Advantages

This adapter offers straightforward, tool-free operation and a compact footprint that fits into tight spaces. Its molded housing and standard RJ-45 contacts deliver a stable physical connection between Ethernet cables while remaining unobtrusive in cable runs. The black finish integrates discreetly with most networking equipment and cable colours.

Suitable for

• Extending existing Ethernet cables by joining two RJ-45 terminated leads
• Converting cable end gender for temporary network setups
• Quick fixes during workstation rearrangements or device moves
• Portable networking needs for home office or small business environments

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 to dual RJ-45 female
• Number of ports: 2 RJ-45 female ports
• Colour: Black
• Form factor: Inline gender changer / adapter

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plug of one Ethernet cable into one female port of the adapter and the plug of the second cable into the other port until each clicks into place. Ensure both cable ends are fully seated to secure the connection. The adapter functions passively and requires no power or configuration; once connected it provides a direct physical link between the two cables.

Recommendations

Use the gender changer for short-term or emergency cable joins. For permanent links or installations requiring maximum throughput and lowest possible signal loss, consider using a single continuous cable or a professionally terminated coupler rated for the specific Ethernet category in use.
