Sieťový kábel S/CONN 08-41063 zelený 7,5 m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-41063 Green 7.5 m Cat8.1 F/FTP is a high-performance Ethernet cable engineered for environments that require fast, reliable wired connections. Compliant with the Cat8.1 specification, this 7.5 metre cable supports high-frequency data transmission and is fitted with RJ‑45 connectors featuring gold plating to maintain stable contact and reduce corrosion. The cable's F/FTP shielding provides foil screening for individual pairs and overall foil coverage to minimize electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the green jacket offers an easily identifiable colour for organised installations.

Advantages

The cable's Cat8.1 rating enables support for higher bandwidth applications compared with lower-category cables, suitable for short-distance high-speed links. F/FTP shielding reduces signal degradation in electrically noisy environments and improves overall connection stability. Gold-plated RJ‑45 connectors deliver consistent contact performance and resist oxidation over time. The 7.5 m length balances reach and signal integrity for use between network equipment in racks, offices, or home setups.

Suitable for

• High-speed links between switches, routers and servers in data closets or small server rooms
• Professional workstations and home offices requiring stable wired connectivity
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cabling is preferred
• Structured cabling installations where colour coding helps cable management

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1
• Shielding type: F/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 7.5 metres
• Colour: green
• Designed for high-frequency, short-distance Ethernet links

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 connector to your network device (switch, router, network interface on a PC or server) and the other end to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish secure contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and avoid placing it parallel to power cables for extended runs. For rack installations, use appropriate cable management to prevent stress on connectors and preserve shielding integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat8.1 F/FTP cable for short links up to the recommended distances for Cat8 standards, avoid excessive bending radii, and keep connections clean and dry. When installing in mixed-cable environments, maintain separation from strong power sources and follow structured cabling best practices to preserve shielding effectiveness.
