Sieťový kábel S/CONN 08-41084 červený 15 m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-41084 Red 15m Cat8.1 F/FTP is a 15-metre high-performance Ethernet cable built to the Cat8.1 standard with F/FTP shielding. The cable includes RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. Its red jacket provides easy visual identification in dense cabling environments while supporting high-speed data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference suitable for modern network infrastructure.

Advantages

This Cat8.1 F/FTP cable combines high bandwidth capability with foil shielding to suppress external noise and crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent signal transfer and contact durability. The 15 m length offers flexibility for longer runs between switches, routers, and workstations. The visible red jacket helps with cable management and quick tracing in server rooms and office setups.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections in data centers and server rooms
• Backbone and switch-to-switch links requiring minimal interference
• Workstation and professional home office connections with long cable runs
• Environments where cable identification and routing clarity are important

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1 performance level
• Shielding: F/FTP (overall foil + individually foil-paired conductors)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 15 metres
• Color: Red

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router, or network interface) and the other end to the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Avoid tight bends or kinks along the cable, and maintain recommended bend radius to preserve shielding effectiveness. For permanent installations, route the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference and fix it using appropriate clips or cable ties designed for network cabling.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat8.1 F/FTP cable in shielded or controlled environments and pair it with compatible shielded network equipment. When installing in rack or conduit systems, leave service loops for future re-termination and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize potential interference.
