Sieťový kábel S/CONN 08-44055 čierny 5 m Cat8.1 S/FTP RJ-45

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-44055 Black 5m Cat8.1 S/FTP RJ-45 is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding network environments. This Cat8.1 cable offers enhanced shielding and RJ-45 terminations on both ends to support high data rates while minimizing electromagnetic interference. Its 5-meter length provides flexible placement between devices such as switches, routers, servers and high-speed workstations.

Advantages

The cable's S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs, which reduces crosstalk and external interference for more stable connections. Cat8.1 specification enables high-frequency transmission suitable for modern 10 Gigabit and higher network setups where cable performance and signal integrity are important. Rugged RJ-45 connectors and a durable outer jacket provide reliable mechanical and electrical connections over repeated use.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections between switches, routers and servers
• Data centers and server rooms requiring low interference cabling
• Workstations and networked storage with high bandwidth demands
• Professional AV setups and streaming that need stable, high-throughput links

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat8.1
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 5 meters
• Color: Black
• Designed for high-frequency, high-bandwidth Ethernet transmission

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet ports on your network devices, ensuring connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference, and secure with cable ties or clips where needed. For optimal performance, maintain correct bend radius and avoid kinking the cable; ensure both network interfaces support the intended transmission speeds and settings.

Recommendations

Use this Cat8.1 S/FTP cable for short to medium runs up to 5 m where high throughput and reduced interference are required. Verify network device compatibility for higher-speed links and follow standard cabling practices to preserve signal integrity.
