Sieťový kábel S/CONN 08-64073 zelený 10 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-64073 Green 10 m Cat6 S/FTP is a 10-metre Cat6 Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired network connections. It uses S/FTP (S-STP) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and features RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to support consistent signal transmission. The green jacket provides a visible, organized look for home or office installations while supporting high-speed data transfer appropriate for modern Ethernet networks.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable combines S/FTP shielding and individually screened pairs to minimize crosstalk and external interference, improving overall connection stability. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer corrosion resistance and reliable contact over repeated insertions. The 10 m length gives flexibility in device placement without the need for extension adapters, and the colored jacket helps with cable management and identification in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between PCs, switches, routers and networked devices
• Home and small office local area networks (LANs)
• Streaming, video conferencing and online gaming where stable throughput is needed
• Structured cabling runs where color-coding simplifies organization

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 10 metres
• Outer jacket color: Green
• Conductor arrangement: Twisted pairs

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the LAN or switch port and the other end to the network device (PC, router, NAS or other Ethernet-capable equipment). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable in shielded or mixed environments and pair it with compatible shielded network equipment or properly grounded patch panels. Avoid kinking the cable and maintain bend radii in line with typical Ethernet cable handling to preserve signal integrity.
