Sieťový kábel S/CONN 08-64075 čierny 10 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-64075 Black 10 m Cat6 S/FTP is a 10-metre Category 6 Ethernet cable designed for stable, high-speed data transmission. The cable uses S/FTP (S-STP) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and it is terminated with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to maintain reliable contact and signal integrity. The black outer jacket provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance suitable for home and office installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs to improve noise rejection in electrically noisy environments. The Cat6 specification supports higher bandwidths and improved performance over Cat5e for gigabit networks and certain 10 Gigabit applications at shorter runs. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts resist corrosion and offer consistent conductivity for long-term use. The 10 m length offers flexibility for connecting equipment across rooms or between racks without additional couplers.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers in home or office networks
• Wired gigabit Ethernet connections for streaming, online work and file transfers
• Networking setups in environments with potential electromagnetic interference
• Temporary or permanent cabling between networked devices across rooms

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 suitable for gigabit Ethernet
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 10 metres
• Color: Black outer jacket
• Cable use: Copper twisted-pair conductors for data networking

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or networked device and the other connector into the target device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; maintain a gentle bend radius and avoid running the cable parallel to heavy power lines where possible. For wall or rack installations, use appropriate cable management accessories to secure the cable and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable in gigabit networks and shielded installations where interference is a concern. Avoid kinking the cable and keep connections dry and free from dust. When extending networks, prefer a single continuous cable run rather than multiple couplers to preserve signal quality.
