Sieťový kábel S/CONN 08-8103107 25 m Cat7 S/FTP oranžový

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-8103107 25m Cat7 S/FTP Orange is a 25-metre Category 7 Ethernet cable with S/FTP shielding designed for reliable high-speed data transmission. It combines a robust construction and tight shielding to support environments where reduced electromagnetic interference and high bandwidth are required. The orange outer jacket improves visibility for cable routing and identification in both residential and commercial installations.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable provides enhanced signal integrity thanks to overall shielding plus individually shielded pairs, which reduces crosstalk and external interference. The 25 m length covers medium-distance runs without needing patch panels or additional connectors in many setups. The brightly coloured jacket makes tracing and maintenance easier in patchrooms, server closets or open-plan offices. Compatibility with existing RJ45-based networks allows integration with modern network equipment while supporting higher frequency performance.

Suitable for

• Wired local area networks (LAN) in homes and offices
• Connecting network switches, routers and patch panels
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers and video streaming
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference and improved crosstalk protection

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Length: 25 metres
• Outer jacket colour: Orange for visibility
• Suitable connector type: RJ45-compatible terminations
• Designed for high-frequency signal transmission and reduced crosstalk

How to use

Route the cable between devices or network outlets following standard cabling practices, avoiding tight bends and proximity to high-power electrical sources. Terminate both ends with compatible RJ45 connectors or use preterminated plugs if provided by your installer. Verify continuity and performance with a network cable tester after installation. For permanent installations, secure the cable using proper clips or cable management systems to prevent strain on the terminations.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain bend radii recommended for Cat7 cabling and keep the cable separated from mains power wiring where possible. Use appropriate RJ45 connectors or certified keystone jacks designed for shielded cable to preserve the S/FTP shielding continuity. Test the installed link to confirm throughput and signal integrity, especially for critical high-bandwidth or latency-sensitive applications.
