Sieťový kábel S/CONN 2m RJ45 sivý Cat5e SF/UTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 2m RJ45 Grey Cat5e SF/UTP is a 2-meter Ethernet patch cable that meets the Cat5e standard and features SF/UTP shielding (foil plus braid) to reduce electromagnetic interference. It has RJ45 8/8 plugs on both ends and supports network frequencies up to 100 MHz and data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for wired LAN connections and device interconnections in home or office networks.

Advantages

The SF/UTP construction (foil and braid) offers improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain signal integrity over the full 2 m length. Standard RJ45 8/8 connectors ensure compatibility with common networking equipment. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance that fits most installations.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and network printers in home or small office LANs
• Patch panel to wall outlet connections in structured cabling setups
• Temporary or permanent Ethernet links where 2 m cable length is sufficient

How to use

Insert one RJ45 connector into the network port of the device (PC, switch, router, etc.) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the destination device or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and interference sources. For structured installations, use appropriate cable management and strain relief at connection points.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable length within 2 m and avoid running alongside high-voltage power lines; terminate and secure connectors properly to prevent signal loss. Use shielded ports or proper grounding in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
