Sieťový kábel S/CONN 75711-A1.5W biely 1,5 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 75711-A1.5W White 1.5m Cat6a S/FTP is a 1.5 metre Ethernet cable designed to support high-speed wired connections. Built to Cat6a specification with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors plated with copper, this cable is intended to deliver stable data transfer and reduced electromagnetic interference for local area networks in residential and professional environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall braided shield with foil-wrapped pairs to reduce crosstalk and external EMI, helping to maintain signal integrity at higher Ethernet speeds. Copper-plated RJ-45 contacts provide reliable conductivity and consistent connection performance. The Cat6a standard supports higher bandwidth and improved performance compared with lower category cables, making the cable suitable for demanding applications while remaining backward compatible with older Ethernet equipment.

Suitable for

• Wired home networks and smart home device connections
• Office workstations, VoIP phones and desktop computers
• High-bandwidth tasks such as large file transfers and video streaming
• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels within a structured cabling setup

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil on individual pairs)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends with copper-plated contacts
• Colour: White

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 connector to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices, routers or switches. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive tension; maintain recommended bend radii to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. If using within patch panels or wall plates, verify port numbering and orientation before making permanent connections.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for runs within short to medium distances inside buildings and avoid routing alongside high-voltage power lines. Test link speed and cable integrity after installation to confirm expected throughput, and replace if connectors or jacket damage is observed.
