Sieťový kábel S/CONN 75717-HB modrý 7,5 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 75717-HB Blue 7.5 m Cat6 S/FTP is a 7.5 metre Ethernet cable built to support high-speed wired network connections. It complies with Cat6 performance parameters and uses S/FTP (screened foil-twisted pair) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. The cable terminates in gold-plated RJ-45 plugs designed to provide reliable contact and reduce signal loss during extended use. Its blue jacket offers clear visual identification for structured cabling installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall braided shield with individual foil screening around each twisted pair, delivering improved noise rejection compared to unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated connectors enhance corrosion resistance and ensure consistent electrical contact. The 7.5 m length balances reach and signal integrity for common office and home layouts, while Cat6 specification supports gigabit Ethernet speeds and stable data transfer for most wired networking needs.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers in office or home networks
• Wired connections for gaming consoles, smart TVs and media players
• Structured cabling runs where reduced interference is required
• Temporary or permanent workstation connections in small businesses

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 performance class
• Shielding type: S/FTP (overall braided shield + foil around each pair)
• Length: 7.5 metres
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Color: Blue outer jacket
• Intended use: Ethernet and data networking (gigabit capable)

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector securely into the Ethernet port of your device until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends or crushing, and keep it separated from strong electrical sources to maintain signal quality. For permanent installations, secure the cable along walls or under desks using cable clips or trunking while preserving the bend radius recommended for twisted-pair cables. When unplugging, depress the RJ-45 latch before pulling the connector to avoid damaging the plug or port.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for gigabit Ethernet and keep runs within recommended lengths for your network hardware. In environments with high electromagnetic interference, prefer shielded terminations and ensure proper grounding of network equipment to maximize the shielding effectiveness.
