Sieťový kábel S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 1 m čierny

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 1 m Black is a high-performance Ethernet patch cable designed for stable wired network connections in professional and home environments. The cable uses Cat 7 specification with S/FTP shielding and terminated RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable signal transmission over short distances. Its 1 meter length and black jacket allow neat installations in rack-mounted equipment, desktop setups, and patch panels.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference by combining an overall screen with individually shielded pairs, which improves signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. The Cat 7 specification supports higher frequency ranges than earlier categories and is suitable for demanding network tasks. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts resist corrosion and provide consistent contact quality. The flexible outer jacket and a compact length simplify cable management in dense installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels in data cabinets and server rooms
• Linking desktop PCs, workstations and networked printers in offices
• Short-run connections between audiovisual equipment and networked media players
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cabling is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Length: 1 meter
• Color: Black
• Cable use: Ethernet, high-speed data transmission

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 plug into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until the connector latch clicks into place. Use the 1 m cable for short-range connections between network equipment such as switches, routers, patch panels or end devices. Ensure that both ends are fully seated and that the cable is not kinked or excessively bent near the connectors to maintain optimal performance. For shielded installations, verify that connected devices or patch panels provide proper grounding for the cable shield.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat 7 S/FTP cable in installations requiring reduced interference and stable short-distance links. Avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long stretches and maintain gentle bend radii. When integrating into shielded racks or patch panels, confirm grounding continuity to take full advantage of the S/FTP shielding.
