Sieťový kábel S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 30 m

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 30 m is a 30-meter ethernet cable designed to meet Cat7 performance requirements. It combines S/FTP shielding with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold to provide stable signal transmission and reduced interference over long runs. The cable is intended for structured networks where high data rates and signal integrity are important.

Advantages

S/FTP construction provides overall screening plus individually shielded pairs to reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer reliable contact resistance and corrosion resistance for long-term use. The 30 m length enables flexible placement of network devices across medium to large rooms without intermediate patching. The cable is manufactured to support the electrical characteristics associated with the Cat7 standard for high-speed data transfer.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections in offices and homes
• Connecting switches, routers, servers and NAS devices
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers
• Environments where reduced EMI and crosstalk are required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 7
• Shielding type: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Length: 30 m
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Conductor type: Multicore copper (solid or stranded as per manufacturer standard)

How to use

Route the cable between network devices ensuring that bend radius recommendations are observed and that the cable is not crushed or sharply kinked. Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports on switches, routers, network interface cards or other network equipment until the latch clicks into place. For optimal performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and maintain separation from sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For reliable Cat7 performance, verify both connected devices and intermediate hardware support the required data rates. When installing in permanent or concealed pathways, consider additional protective conduits and test each link with a suitable network tester to confirm continuity and shielding integrity.
