Sieťový kábel S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 30 m červený

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 30 m Red is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding network environments. This 30 meter Cat 7 cable features screened foiled twisted pair (S/FTP) construction and comes terminated with RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to improve signal integrity and reduce contact corrosion. The cable’s red jacket provides clear visual identification in patch panels and cable runs while supporting up to the bandwidth and shielding benefits expected from Category 7 cabling.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding around each pair plus an overall screen reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable high-speed data transmission over longer distances. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts offer improved conductivity and resistance to oxidation for reliable connections. The 30 m length covers larger room-to-room or rack-to-equipment distances without intermediate patching. The red outer jacket allows easy identification in mixed-cable installations.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired Ethernet connections in offices and data closets
• Connecting switches, routers, servers, and patch panels
• Environments with elevated interference where additional shielding is beneficial
• Permanent cabling runs where a 30 m length is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 7 (Class F) cabling standard for high-bandwidth networks
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall screen with individually foiled twisted pairs
• Connector type: RJ-45 terminated at both ends
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Length: 30 meters
• Color: Red outer jacket for visual identification
• Conductor: Twisted pair copper conductors (solid or stranded depends on manufacturer typical construction)

How to use

Route the cable between network endpoints, avoiding tight bends and sharp edges that could damage the internal pairs and shielding. Plug RJ-45 connectors into compatible ports on switches, routers, network interfaces, or patch panels until they click into place. When installing in racks or through conduit, leave service loops to allow movement and maintenance. Ensure both ends are fully seated and test the link with appropriate network test equipment or link status LEDs to verify correct operation.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid close parallel runs with unshielded power lines and maintain bend radii greater than four times the cable diameter. Use shielded connectors and properly terminate the cable shielding to grounded patch panels or chassis to realize the full benefits of the S/FTP design.
