Sieťový kábel S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 30 m čierny

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN Cat. 7 S/FTP 30 m Black is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. With S/FTP shielding and factory-fitted RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, this 30-meter black cable supports stable signal integrity and reduced interference across longer runs. It is suitable for structured cabling, multimedia streaming, and applications that require consistent Gigabit or higher throughput.

Advantages

This Cat. 7 S/FTP cable combines overall shielding with individually shielded pairs to minimize external electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. The gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide improved conductivity and corrosion resistance for long-term reliable connections. The 30 m length allows flexible placement of network equipment without the need for repeaters in typical home or small office setups. The black jacket offers a discrete appearance and practical resistance to soiling in visible installations.

Suitable for

• Wired local area networks (LAN) in homes and offices
• High-bandwidth applications such as 4K/8K streaming and video conferencing
• Connecting switches, routers, NAS devices, and desktop PCs
• Structured cabling where shielded cable is required to reduce interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat. 7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil on each pair)
• Length: 30 m
• Connector type: RJ-45, factory terminated
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Outer jacket colour: Black

How to use

Route the cable between network devices avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible. Plug the RJ-45 connectors firmly into the matching Ethernet ports on your router, switch, or device until they click. For best performance maintain recommended bend radius and avoid kinking; use cable clips or ties to secure runs along walls or under desks. When connecting to shielded equipment, ensure proper earthing at termination points to preserve the effectiveness of the S/FTP shielding.

Recommendations

Use this Cat. 7 S/FTP cable for installations that benefit from enhanced shielding, such as setups near power lines or other electronic equipment. Verify that connected devices and network hardware support the desired throughput; for full shielding performance, connect to shielded ports and maintain proper grounding. For permanent installations, label both ends and test the link after installation with a network tester.
