Tecline UTP Cat6 15 m sieťový kábel čierny U/UTP RJ-45

The Tecline UTP Cat6 15m networking cable Black U/UTP RJ-45 is a 15-metre Category 6 patch cable with U/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for wired Ethernet connections, this cable supports higher data rates and improved signal performance compared with older cable categories. Its black jacket provides a neutral appearance for home, office or datacentre installations while the U/UTP construction balances cost and crosstalk suppression for typical LAN environments.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable provides reliable gigabit Ethernet capability over a 15 m run and is compatible with standard RJ-45 network ports. The U/UTP design reduces external interference without the complexity of fully individually shielded pairs, making it easier to install and terminate while offering improved signal integrity compared with plain unshielded cable. The durable outer jacket and standard modular connectors ensure consistent contacts and long-term mechanical stability.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections for desktops, laptops and network switches
• Home and small office local area network (LAN) installations
• Connecting routers, modems and access points to wired networks
• Temporary or permanent cable runs behind furniture or along walls

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 (suitable for Gigabit Ethernet)
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall foil or braid with unshielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends (standard 8P8C modular plugs)
• Length: 15 metres
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network port of your computer, switch or router and the other connector to the corresponding network device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until a click confirms engagement. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp kinks; maintain gentle curves and secure the cable with clips or ties where appropriate. For wall runs or fixture mounting, keep the cable clear of power lines to reduce potential electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 cable for network segments up to 100 metres where 1 Gbps speeds are required; for PoE devices verify that your equipment supports power delivery over Cat6 cabling. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power cables. If you need individually shielded pairs or higher bandwidth for 10 Gbps over longer distances, consider selecting a higher-category or differently shielded cable.
