Sieťový kábel DeLOCK 2 m RJ-45 Cat5e S/FTP sivý

This Networking Cable DeLOCK 2m RJ-45 Cat5e S/FTP Grey is designed to connect network devices such as patch panels, switches or routers. The cable has RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a length of 2 m, offering flexibility for home and office installations. The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference to support stable data transmission in typical Ethernet environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction provides improved protection against external noise and crosstalk compared with unshielded alternatives. The angled RJ-45 plug allows installation in confined spaces behind appliances or in network cabinets where space is limited. The grey jacket and standard Cat5e specification make the cable compatible with a wide range of existing network equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting patch panels to switches
• Linking routers, switches and network devices in offices or homes
• Installations where a 2 m cable length is required
• Areas with potential electromagnetic interference where shielding is beneficial

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port of the devices you want to connect, for example a patch panel and a switch. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends or kinks and use cable management in network cabinets to maintain clear airflow and reduce strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable within standard Cat5e network setups up to typical Ethernet speeds for Cat5e. Avoid routing the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference, and do not exceed recommended bend radii to preserve shielding and connector integrity.
