Sieťový kábel DeLOCK M12 kábel X-kódovaný 8-pinový konektor samec na RJ45 konektor samec PUR (TPU) 5 m

The DeLOCK Network Cable M12 X-coded is an industrial-grade connection cable with an 8-pin M12 male connector to an RJ45 male plug. At 5 m length and with a PUR (TPU) outer sheath, the cable is intended for high-speed data transmission and reliable use in industrial environments such as machine control and automation. The cable conforms to UL 94 flammability standards.

Advantages

The PUR (TPU) sheath provides oil and UV resistance, increasing durability in demanding environments. The cable is manufactured for high mechanical stress and supports up to 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for continuous movement applications and drag chains. Its X-coded M12 8-pin to RJ45 connection enables secure, high-speed Ethernet data transfer.

Suitable for

• Machine control systems
• Industrial automation networks
• Drag chain installations and moving machinery
• Environments requiring oil- and UV-resistant cabling

Key specifications

• Connector: M12 X-coded 8-pin male to RJ45 male
• Cable length: 5 m
• Sheath material: PUR (TPU)
• Bending cycles: up to 10 million
• Standards: UL 94
• Brand: DELOCK, MPN: 80444, EAN: 4043619804443

How to use

Connect the M12 X-coded 8-pin male connector to the matching M12 female port on your industrial device and plug the RJ45 male connector into the Ethernet port or switch. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and maintain bend radius where possible. For drag chain installation, secure the cable according to the chain manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure smooth movement and avoid excessive torsion.

Recommendations

Use this cable where robust, oil- and UV-resistant Ethernet cabling is required. Verify compatibility of M12 X-coded interfaces and observe the manufacturer’s specifications for bend radius and installation in drag chains to achieve the stated bending cycle life.
