Sieťový kábel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A 5 m čierny

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A network cable, 5 m in length and black, is designed for connecting networking devices such as a NIC, switch or patch panel. Built with an S/FTP shielded core and a PE (polyethylene) outer jacket, the cable is intended for outdoor installations where protection from environmental influences and electromagnetic interference is required.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, supporting stable and fast data transmission. The PE jacket increases resistance to UV radiation, cold, heat, moisture and corrosion, making the cable suitable for exposed outdoor use. RJ-45 connectors on both ends allow easy connection to standard network ports.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch or router
• Patch panel connections in outdoor or semi-outdoor installations
• Extending outdoor network links up to 5 m
• Environments requiring enhanced shielding against interference

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of the device (for example a NIC, switch or router) and the other RJ-45 plug to the target network device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and secured. Route the cable following local installation rules and avoid sharp bends or excessive tension. For permanent outdoor installation, protect connectors and mating points from direct water ingress using appropriate sealing methods.

Recommendations

For reliable outdoor performance, mount the cable where it receives minimal mechanical stress, avoid prolonged exposure of connector ends to direct weather, and use additional protective conduits or sealing at termination points when necessary.
