Sieťový kábel Digitus CAT 6 U/UTP RJ-45 0,5 m čierny

Future-oriented standards and high-end quality for your network: DIGITUS Category 6 Class E patch cords are manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6 specifications. The cables provide performance up to 250 MHz and are suitable for PoE+ applications. Each patch cord features a copper conductor and a transparent red connector for easy identification of Category 6.

Advantages

The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath ensures improved fire behaviour and low smoke emissions. Molded boots with kink protection and strain relief reduce mechanical stress and extend connector life. Built-in latch protection prevents damage to the latching lever. Tested performance includes parameters such as near end crosstalk (NEXT) up to 250 MHz, ensuring compliance with ISO/EN channel specifications.

Key specifications

• Category: 6 (Class E)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50173
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Conductor material: Copper (Cu)
• Sheath: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Connector colour: transparent red
• PoE: PoE+ ready
• Boot: moulded with kink protection, strain relief and latch protection

How to use

Connect the patch cord between compatible RJ45 ports on networking devices such as switches, patch panels and network outlets. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and route the cable to avoid sharp bends; the moulded boot provides kink protection but excessive bending should be avoided. Verify network configuration and PoE settings on connected equipment when using PoE+ powered devices.

Recommendations

For reliable network operation, use DIGITUS Category 6 patch cords within an ISO/EN compliant cabling channel and avoid running data cables alongside high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Select the correct cable length to minimize excess slack and maintain proper bend radii.
