Sieťový kábel Digitus CAT 6A S/FTP 7m RJ-45 sivý

Network Cable Digitus CAT 6A S/FTP 7m RJ-45 Grey is a 7 m shielded patch cord designed for high-speed data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. The cable uses copper conductors and meets Category 6A (Class EA) performance up to 500 MHz, ensuring compatibility with ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 standards. The grey S/FTP sheath and transparent yellow RJ-45 plug with metal shielding allow quick identification of Cat 6A cabling while the molded boot provides kink protection, strain relief and latch protection.

Advantages

The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath provides improved fire behaviour and low smoke emissions. Shielded S/FTP construction reduces crosstalk and external interference, supporting stable high-speed connections and PoE+ compatibility. Molded boots with strain relief and latch protection increase connector durability during repeated use and installation.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in offices and data centres
• High-speed Ethernet links up to 10 Gbit/s
• PoE and PoE+ powered devices such as VoIP phones and access points
• Environments requiring low smoke zero halogen cables

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your device and the other to a patch panel, switch or wall socket. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid placing it parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. The molded boot provides strain relief; avoid excessive pulling on the cable during installation.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat 6A S/FTP patch cord within a properly installed Category 6A cabling channel and keep cable runs within recommended length limits. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if shielding or sheath is compromised.
