Sieťový kábel Draka Comteq 60011605 Cat7 100m oranžový

The Draka Comteq 60011605 Cat7 networking cable is a 100 m S/FTP cable in bright orange designed for high-speed data transmission and reliable network links. It supports Ethernet standards up to 10GBase-T and is suitable for primary, secondary (riser) and tertiary (horizontal) cabling in structured networks. The cable combines Category 7 performance with shielding to reduce crosstalk and external interference while remaining easy to identify in racks and cable runs.

Advantages

Featuring S/FTP shielding and Category 7 classification, this cable provides improved electromagnetic protection and lower alien crosstalk compared with lower-category cables. The 100 m reel length and distinct orange jacket simplify installation and management in multi-cable environments. It is compatible with common Ethernet protocols including 10Base-T, 100Base-T, 1000Base-T and 10GBase-T and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+).

Suitable for

• Campus backbone and riser cabling
• Horizontal cabling in data centres and office floors
• High-speed Ethernet links up to 10GBase-T
• Installations requiring identifiable colored cabling

How to use

Route the cable through appropriate conduits, risers or cable trays following local building and safety codes. Terminate with compatible Cat7 keystone jacks or shielded RJ45 connectors and ensure correct grounding of the cable shield to maintain S/FTP effectiveness. Test each run with a certified network cable tester to verify performance for the intended Ethernet speed and PoE power delivery.

Recommendations

For best results avoid tight bends and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Maintain separation from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference and follow manufacturer guidelines for maximum pull tension and bend radius during installation.
