Sieťový kábel EFB Elektronik Cat6 U/UTP RJ-45 15 m sivý

The EFB Elektronik Cat6 U/UTP RJ-45 patch cable, 15 m in grey, is designed for Gigabit Ethernet networks and supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. The cable construction is U/UTP (unshielded pair over unshielded overall) with four twisted pairs of AWG24/7 conductors and an outer diameter of 5.9 mm. Both ends are fitted with moulded RJ-45 plugs compliant with IEC 60603-7 and the wiring follows the TIA/EIA-568B standard. The cable sheath is made of PVC and meets flame retardant requirement IEC 60332-1.

Advantages

This Cat6 patch cable provides stable Gigabit connectivity for home and office equipment, combining standard RJ-45 terminations with TIA/EIA-568B coding for straightforward installation. The AWG24/7 stranded conductors offer a balance of flexibility and signal integrity for typical patching scenarios, while the PVC sheath with flame retardant properties increases safety in indoor installations. The moulded strain relief improves connector durability during frequent handling.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in LANs
• Patch panels and wall outlets
• Home networks and small office networks

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat6 U/UTP (4×2×AWG24/7)
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: 2× RJ-45 (IEC 60603-7), TIA/EIA-568B
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Outer diameter: approx. 5.9 mm
• Sheath material: PVC, flame retardant IEC 60332-1

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices (for example, PC to switch or switch to patch panel). Ensure the connectors are fully seated until the moulded latch clicks into place. Follow standard network configuration and testing procedures after physical connection to verify link speed and network communication.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling on the cable; maintain bend radii larger than the cable diameter and keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use for indoor installations and patching; for permanent outdoor or plenum installations, select a cable with appropriate ratings.
