Sieťový kábel EFB Elektronik MK6001.20O RJ-45 Cat6a 20 m oranžový

The EFB Elektronik MK6001.20O is a 20 m shielded Cat6a RJ45 patch cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks. It features S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts to ensure reliable signal transmission and long-term conductivity. The cable's orange jacket makes it easy to identify in structured cabling installations, while a moulded slim grommet simplifies insertion in confined spaces.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable 10 Gigabit performance over the full 20 m length. Gold-plated contacts provide durable, low-resistance connections. The moulded slim grommet improves accessibility when connecting in cramped patch panels or behind equipment. The orange colour aids quick visual identification during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links in data centers and server rooms
• Structured cabling between switches, patch panels and network devices
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference (S/FTP)
• Installations where cable identification is helpful (orange jacket)

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6a
• Length: 20 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually foiled pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Route the MK6001.20O cable between network devices, switches or patch panels and insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports until they click into place. Ensure proper bend radius is maintained and avoid sharp kinks or excessive tension. For shielded installations, connect the cable shields to grounded patch panels or chassis to preserve the S/FTP performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short to medium runs up to 20 m in high-speed network segments. Keep the cable away from strong EMI sources and ensure proper grounding of shielded components to maintain signal integrity.
