Sieťový kábel EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e červený 10 m

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e networking cable in red is a 10 m patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends designed for Ethernet networks up to Cat5e performance. It supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology for reliable data transmission and is suitable for visible installations where cable identification and organization are important.

Advantages

This Cat5e S/UTP cable provides stable wired connectivity for desktops, switches and routers with reduced interference due to its screened unshielded twisted pair construction. The pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure quick and secure connections without additional tools. The 10 m length gives flexibility for routing between wall ports and network devices while the red color makes the cable easy to locate and distinguish from other lines.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, printers and IP phones to switches or patch panels
• Home and small office wired networks
• Temporary or permanent patching in network racks and workstations
• Situations requiring visible, color-coded cabling for easy identification

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling standard: Cat5e
• Supported speeds: 10/100/1000 Mbps (10/100/1000Base-T(X))
• Pairing: S/UTP (screened unshielded twisted pair)
• Color: Red

How to use

Uncoil the cable and inspect connectors for any visible damage before use. Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network device (PC, switch, router or patch panel) and the other connector into the corresponding port. For best performance avoid tight bends, kinks and running the cable in parallel to high-voltage power lines. Secure excess cable length with cable ties or Velcro straps to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use the cable in indoor environments and within the specified 10 m distance to preserve signal integrity. If routing through ceilings or conduits, verify local building and fire codes and avoid compressing the cable. For installations requiring higher bandwidth or future-proofing, consider Cat6 or higher standards; for current Gigabit Ethernet and general office use this Cat5e S/UTP cable is appropriate.
