Sieťový kábel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP patch kábel RJ-45 3,0 m fialový

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 3.0 m RJ-45 network cable designed for reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections. Constructed from quality materials with S/FTP (shielded/foil over twisted pairs) protection and gold-plated contacts, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data rates and is suitable for demanding network environments that require stable, low-interference links.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal-to-noise margin for more reliable data transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure durable, corrosion-resistant connections and consistent contact quality. The 3 m length and purple colour make the cable easy to identify and route within structured cabling setups while supporting up to 1000 Mbit/s throughput.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections in offices and data closets
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels and network equipment
• Cabling runs where reduced interference and high signal integrity are required

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Connector: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded with foil over pairs)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Purple
• Weight: 0.11 kg

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on devices such as switches, routers or patch panels until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain signal quality. For structured cabling, label both ends if required and secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the equip Cat.6 S/FTP patch cable in shielded or grounded installations when connecting to other shielded equipment. Avoid excessive bending near the connector boots and keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference.
