Sieťový kábel Goobay 68673 RJ-45 Cat5e 5 m čierny

The Goobay 68673 networking cable is a 5 m Cat5e patch cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission. The cable uses copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors and SF/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, and it is terminated with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for stable contact and improved corrosion resistance. Its black jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for home and office installations.

Advantages

The Cat5e specification supports fast Ethernet connections suitable for most standard network applications. SF/UTP shielding helps minimize external interference, while gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure consistent connectivity and lower contact resistance. The 5 m length offers flexibility for device placement without excessive cable slack.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections between PCs, routers, switches, and modems
• Home and small office network installations
• Connecting network-enabled devices such as NAS, printers, and set-top boxes

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Length: 5 m
• Conductors: copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Shielding: SF/UTP
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your router, switch, or modem and the other plug to the Ethernet port of your device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable within typical Cat5e application limits and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines. Replace the cable if connector damage or severe jacket wear is visible.
