Sieťový kábel Goobay RJ-45 CAT7 2m purpurový S/FTP

The Goobay RJ-45 CAT7 2m Magenta S/FTP networking cable is a slim, molded patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. It features screened twisted pairs with PIMF (pairs in metal foil), an outer braided shield, and 50 µ gold-plated RJ-45 contacts. The cable follows the EIA/TIA 568 pair sequence and includes a molded strain relief with length indication for reliable use with patch panels and wall sockets. CAT7 performance is tested up to 600 MHz.

Advantages

This S/FTP CAT7 cable provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to foil-screened pairs and an overall braided shield. The 50 µ gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The slim line strain relief is molded for durability, includes a length marking, and is suitable for use with patch panels and connectors where reduced cable bulk is required. The cable adheres to the EIA/TIA 568 standard for pair sequencing.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet LAN connections (up to CAT7 performance)
• Patch panels and rack-mounted network equipment
• Home and office wired network installations
• Environments requiring improved shielding against interference

Key specifications

• Cable type: S/FTP (screened foiled twisted pair with braided outer shield)
• Pairs screening: PIMF (pairs in metal foil)
• Outer shield: braided shield
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts: 50 µ gold plated
• Pair sequence: acc. to EIA/TIA 568
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Magenta
• Category: Cat 7, tested up to 600 MHz

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (switch, router, or wall outlet) and the other to the corresponding port on the other device. Ensure the molded slim strain relief is seated properly to reduce stress at the connector. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid running it parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this CAT7 S/FTP cable in shielded or interference-prone environments and keep cable runs within recommended Ethernet lengths. Inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if physical damage or degraded connectivity is detected.
