Sieťový kábel Helos 118125 čierny 10m Cat6a S/FTP

The Helos 118125 is a 10-meter Cat6a network cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for 10GBase-T applications, this black cable provides a straightforward solution for connecting network devices over short to medium distances while reducing interference through combined overall foil and individually braided shields.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable supports high-speed data transfer up to 10GBase-T, offering stable performance for modern wired networks. The dual RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard network ports, while the 10 m length gives flexibility for routing between racks, desks, or devices without the need for extensions. The black jacket presents a neutral, low-visibility appearance suitable for professional and home environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections between switches, routers and endpoints in home or office networks
• 10GBase-T applications requiring Cat6a-rated cabling
• Patch panels, network racks, or desktop connections where a 10 m lead is required

When it may not be suitable

This cable is intended for structured Ethernet use and may not be suitable where fiber optics or higher-category cabling (for specialized or longer-distance data centers) are required. It is also not designed for outdoor burial or direct exposure to harsh weather without additional protective conduit.

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat6a)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individual braided shields)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the Ethernet port of your network device (switch, router, computer or patch panel) and the other end to the corresponding port on the destination device. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For best performance, maintain proper separation from power cables and avoid excessive tension when securing the cable in place.

What to consider before purchase

• Required network speed and whether 10GBase-T (Cat6a) is necessary for your setup
• Length suitability — verify 10 m meets the distance between devices
• Indoor use and environmental conditions — the cable is not rated for direct outdoor burial

Recommendations

Use the Helos 118125 for indoor wired connections where Cat6a performance and S/FTP shielding help maintain reliable 10GBase-T links. When installing, avoid tight bends (minimum bend radius recommendations from industry standards) and keep the cable away from high-voltage runs to minimize noise and signal degradation.
