Sieťový kábel Helos 263747 sivý 10 m Cat6a S/FTP

The Helos 263747 Grey 10 m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is designed for dependable wired connections in home and office networks. This 10 metre cable uses Cat6a specifications and S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Both ends are terminated with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to promote consistent contact and lower contact resistance, supporting high-speed data transmission and reliable link stability.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding ensures improved immunity to external noise and near-end crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, which helps maintain signal integrity over the full 10 m length. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide corrosion resistance and steady electrical contact. The Cat6a specification supports higher bandwidth and improved performance for demanding applications, while the grey jacket offers a neutral appearance that fits most installations.

Suitable for

• Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in small offices and homes
• Connecting network switches, routers, desktop computers and networked storage
• Structured cabling runs where reduced interference and reliable performance are required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus individual foil for pairs)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Outer jacket colour: Grey

How to use

Route the cable between network devices without excessive bending or kinking to preserve performance. Insert each RJ-45 connector fully into the corresponding port until it clicks. For fixed installations, avoid running the cable alongside sources of strong electromagnetic interference; when routing near such sources, maintain separation or use conduit. Test the connection after installation with network diagnostic tools or link lights on devices to ensure proper operation.

Recommendations

Use the Helos Cat6a S/FTP cable for short to medium-length runs where interference resistance and stable high-speed links are important. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during installation; keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines and heat sources. For best results in mixed environments, combine with compatible shielded connectors and grounded equipment when available.
