Sieťový kábel Helos 263787 žltý 30 m Cat6a S/FTP

The Helos 263787 Yellow 30m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a 30-meter ready-made Ethernet patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in structured networks. Built to the Cat6a specification with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction and fitted with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts, this cable is intended to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain stable gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet links over its length. The bright yellow jacket improves visibility and identification in dense cabling environments.

Advantages

This cable’s Cat6a standard and S/FTP shielding provide improved protection against crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts enhance contact reliability and resist corrosion for longer service life. The factory-terminated 30 m length eliminates the need for field termination and ensures consistent connector quality. The yellow outer sheath allows quick visual identification of network segments or device connections.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired networks (Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet)
• Server rooms, data centers, and network racks
• Office workstations and structured cabling installations
• Audio/video installations requiring shielded cabling

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 30 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Outer colour: Yellow
• Usage: Patch cable for copper Ethernet networks

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network device or switch port and the other end to the target device such as a computer, router, or patch panel. Ensure both connected ports support the required Ethernet speed and verify link/activity LEDs on devices to confirm successful connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; secure it with cable ties or Velcro straps where necessary to maintain an organized installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid exceeding recommended bend radii and keep the cable clear of high-voltage power lines and large motors. In environments with significant EMI, ensure proper grounding of connected equipment and, when used in permanent installations, terminate shield drains at designated grounding points. Use the yellow colour to label or document network segments for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.
